The company:
A leading household brand with award winning products is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join there team

The Role

Build relationships with clients/stakeholders

Handling between inbound and outbound calls

Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes

Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required

Maintain customer database

About you:
Proficient computer and organizational skills

Results Driven

Excellent communication and listening skills

Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently

Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner

Well-spoken with a good phone manner

Strong data entry and administration skills

Previous experience within a Call Centre role is desired but not essential

Permanent resident/Citizens only
