Role:


The Integrated Services Team Office Manager provides administration support across all areas of Integrated Services to ensure compliance with Department of Education procedures and local school policy, as well as effective service delivery for students.


Responsibilities:


NDIS:
Process requests from NDIS therapists to complete observations and attend meetings on-site (Part A and Part B NDIS process)

Create licensing agreements for NDIS therapists seeking to deliver onsite therapy (Part C NDIS process)

Manage therapy space booking system


EXTERNAL LIAISON:
Collate and enter Lookout data for students in Out of Home Care (OOHC)

Oversee OOHC SSG meeting schedule and care team meeting schedules

Manage requests for archived information from past students and external agencies


IST DOCUMENTATION:
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures regarding Integrated Services based on existing practice and DET guidance

Oversee compliance and implementation of the Privacy Act within IST including consent to share information and storage of confidential information

Develop, implement, and provide training regarding Compass processes for IST-related record-keeping and communication

Contribute to Disability Inclusion processes and documentation

Overseeing school health records administration in according with DET policy and local school policy.


WORK TRACKING:
Manage behaviour data collection and monitoring

Oversee workload allocation and management of IST staff using work tracker to inform planning for needs across the school

Support with IST recruitment

Liaise with ES Leaders and LTs regarding IST absences

Manage Allied Health work allocations


MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION:
Oversee school training schedule
