- Processing new property sales contracts and pre-settlements
- Control contracts through to settlement
- Follow up any outstanding conditions of sale
- Liaise regularly with customers and internal sales team, project managers, settlement agents, building partners, financiers
- Manage the construction timelines of multiple properties
- Assist Sales Consultants with purchaser updates
- Previous experience in a similar role within development, new homes or real estate
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Outstanding administrative skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of the sales process
- Enjoy being part of a dynamic and social team environment

The Position
Working closely with the sales team, you will take charge of the contract administration function focusing on the settlements & exchanges of residential property transactions. In this role, you will manage the sales process from contract sign-up through to settlement:
