QHDC Australia is a Gold Coast based business specialising Shopping Trolley manufacturing, Maintenance and supply.

We are looking for a full time maintenance scheduler to provide administration and customer service support.

  • On the job training will be provided

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling work for field technicians
  • Assisting technicians with travel arrangements
  • Maintaining attendance


  • Fleet management

  • Arranging servicing and repairs
  • Parts management / Inventory control
  • Review and invoicing of completed works
  • Quote and presentation preparation
  • Creating internal reports
  • Organising couriers
  • Provide Administrative support
  • Data entry
  • Inventory Control
  • Other ad hoc duties

The following skills are essential:

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Efficient in Word and Excel and Adobe products including the use of a PC.
  • Friendly and Outgoing
  • Enjoy helping others
  • Must be motivated with a cando attitude
  • Well presented
  • Confident and well mannered
  • Have great attention to detail with a keen eye for technical products.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Offices hours are 8am to 4:30pm M-F
