The Opportunity:


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Administrator to support our Economics & Property (E&P) team within our Brisbane office.

We are looking for an Administrator who has a interested and experience in word processing and data research, analysis, modelling and can support the team in a range of property projects.

Majority of the E&P team project work relates to the retail, commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

If you are a self-starter, with the right combination of talent, energy and a commitment to excellence, to provide high quality support.

You will also have the opportunity to support other team members and seek to add value with new ideas and initiatives to benefit our team.


You will:


  • Organise travel arrangements as needed, which may include flight and hotel bookings, car hire arrangements, and other transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate team meetings, marketing activities, events and resources.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team, including report and document preparation, compilation and formatting, word processing, data entry maintenance, support and excel formatting.
  • Coordinate the preparation of project sheets and project lists as required.
  • Assist with the team's weekly monitoring and reporting around Work In Progress (WIP), work load planning and resourcing, where requested;
  • Setting up of new assignments in the Urbis Practice Management System (BST) and ensuring relevant Terms of Agreement and Sub-Consultants agreements are obtained.
  • Assist with monthly invoicing for the team and where applicable, coordinate invoicing with Directors.

About You:

This position would suit someone who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, supporting a number of leaders with a combination of the following competencies:

  • Enjoy working within a vibrant team and collaborating to achieve common business goals.
  • Completion of a secretarial studies/business administration course and/or equivalent
  • Experience in events management, proactively promoting events that benefits the business internally and externally.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Attentive, attention to detail and lateral thinking is a must in this key position for the team.
  • Clear, concise and confident communicator, and able to manage expectations and priorities of clients.
  • Eagerness to contribute to administration and project coordination process improvement
