    The Role
  • The Facilities Support Officer is an important role in our business as you will ensure all facilities related services are delivered to our designated Perth office. In this role you will be given the opportunity to showcase your skills and add value.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Reviewing JIRA workflow requests on a daily basis and actioning service requests as required
  • Monitoring and maintaining up to date registers for Building Access Passes (& Keys) and Car Parking
  • Inspecting and maintaining meeting rooms, office and kitchen equipment and tools on a periodic basis
  • Monitoring, administering and reporting on OfficeMaps usage, including staff compliance, occupancy rates and permanent desk allocations
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and processes relating to IFL's business premises are followed by all staff and visitors to the office
  • Consistently demonstrating ClientFirst principles in all dealings with staff, landlords, subtenants, suppliers, visitors and clients
  • Maintaining WorkSafe records and COVID Safety Plan
  • Being a First Aider and Fire Warden and attending training programs
  • Reporting all material office incidents in ATLAS, as and when required
  • Assisting the National Manager Facilities Team and Head of Procurement & Property with delivering business initiatives and projects

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • Solid experience in a similar role or similar environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and operate in a changing environment is essential
  • Demonstrated problem solving/analytical ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A positive and agile attitude with a demonstrated willingness to learn
  • Strong time management, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
