Property Manager - Short-Term Accommodation
Office based in Caulfield are looking for a Property Manager to venture into the dynamic realm of Short-Term accommodation.


Having first established 8 years ago, this well structured and expanding company is offering a great opportunity for a Property Manager to manage but also continue to grow the portfolio with agencies in the South East with a beneficial commission structure.


If you're a proactive and passionate Property Manager looking for a role offering a different approach to Property Management, then look no further.


JOB DUTIES:


  • Manage your own portfolio of ~50 properties, residential homes/apartments around East/South East Suburbs (within 10km of office)
  • Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
  • Building the Portfolio as a Business Development Manager
  • Leasing of the Properties

WHATS ON OFFER:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:


  • Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
  • Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
  • The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
  • Car and drivers licence
