Do you have a passion for coordinating the workplace and thrive on providing exemplary customer service? If so, we want you to join our team.


We are seeking a proactive, results driven person to join Sodexo's small corporate team at our pharmaceutical client MSD's offices in Macquarie Park.

Your duties will include greeting internal and external clients, managing visitor records, meeting room setups, coordinating contractors and our Sodexo cleaning team

And as the workplace coordinator you will also work with mailroom processes, AV/VC support and maintaining staff areas. Monday to Friday 38hrs per week, $68,500 + super.


Who are we looking for?


You will ideally have previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner, have a positive attitude, be open minded and be adaptable to change and have some experience with basic facilities support.

You will have solid Microsoft office skills and have enthusiasm in learning new systems. And a bright, happy personality that will thrive in a busy team of five
