Our client is a large and internationally renowned law firm who boasts a portfolio relating to all sectors. They are seeking for a high performing, diligent and proactive

Legal Assistant. This fast growing practice is results driven both outside and within the communities they represent. Providing a powerhouse of expertise in their field.


The Role
This is a billings heavy role.


As a Legal Assistant to a 2 Partners, plus providing ad-hoc assistance to other team members (max 6), you will be working as part of a high volume and high functioning team who excel in time-management and organisation.

The team and you are critical to assisting clients to receive the best service and support through all practice areas.

The role is comprised of providing client facing support, administrative support, diary management and producing complex documents to clients.

  • Great timemanagement skills to handle high volume particularly in billing using Aderant Expert
  • Assisting partners and lawyers with cost reporting
  • Contribution to company projects and initiatives
  • Partner's diary and travel management
  • Preparing, capturing and distributing meeting reports
  • Coordinating and managing responsibilities within the team

About you:

You will be pro-active and used to pre-empting workload and output.

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • 60 wpm with 98% accuracy
  • Billing experience using Aderant Expert
  • Great time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Passionate to work in a team
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally
