What you'll do


We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Team Coordinator to join the WooliesX team on a fixed-term capacity for 6 months.

You will play a crucial role in a true business partnership providing confidential "right-hand" support in all aspects of assistance to two of our senior executive team members within the WooliesX team.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assist with event coordination as required for regular events including monthly finance and annual strategy cycles, quarterly planning or town halls, including room booking, catering and set up.
  • Support the annual strategic development outputs of the WooliesX business, inclusive of project monitoring. Support the coordination of onboarding for new team members, including contractor onboarding.

What you'll bring


Having previously provided Team Coordinator or Executive Assistance support at a senior leader level, it is a given that you will be a master at the administration foundations.

We are looking for a proactive and pragmatic individual who can successfully build relationships across the Woolworths Group to get the job done.


In detail, you'll be able to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and highly proactive with the ability to discern what takes priority, what can be handled directly, and what needs to be escalated.
  • Ability to plan for the predictable, yet handle the unexpected and excel at prioritising tasks effectively, whilst collaborating with the broader Team Coordinators / Executive Assistants to enable alignment.
  • Be visible confident in sharing your observations, thoughts and ideas, but respectful of the confidentiality boundaries that will exist in this role.
  • Ability to own or support our key processes/initiatives as needed. Be able to develop relationships internally within WooliesX and the wider Woolworths Group and network to help get the job done.
