The role


Embark on an exciting journey as you step into the role of Specialist - Grain Service reporting to the Accumulations Products and Services Manager.


In this role, you'll oversee the management of all administrative functions associated with grower pricing and contracting in Eastern Australia.

Additionally, you will be responsible for leading & supervising a small team including casual team members and the Grower Service Centre during harvest season.

This role is a fixed term opportunity until January 2026 to cover an internal secondment.

In this role you will- Develop and foster relationships with grower brokers and consultants, serving as the primary contact for enquiries- Oversee the contract washout process at the conclusion of the delivery period- Maintain regular communication with Regional Managers, Grower Service Centre and Trading teams on contract and pricing matters- Identify and implement process enhancements- Contributing to projects and initiatives as required- Oversee administrative tasks in the Adelaide office


About You
The successful applicant will have experience in grain contracting and administration coupled with sound understanding of the industry

You'll possess excellent organisation, administrative & communication skills with a knack to resolve issues efficiently

Previous experience working independently particularly in a satellite office is advantageous
