Description

UGL Telecommunications, part of the Services Division is seeking a Town Planner for a full-time permanent position based in either Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.


In this role you will be working within the Site Acquisition, Environment and Design (SAED) team and have the responsibility of managing the Town Planning function across a large pool of sites.

You will also be responsible for feasibility studies and obtaining all required town planning approvals associated with your allocated sites.

This includes ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local laws, as well as additional client specific expectations.


About You
You will draw on your diverse skills and previous experience to create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another


Ideally you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in town planning
  • Tertiary qualification in Property
  • Relevant experience in Telstra processes and systems is favourable
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
