The role:


Reporting to the Manager, Transaction Monitoring (TM) Capability Learning, the focus of this position is to plan, develop and create a myriad of learning resources for the TM space from workshops and reference guides to eLearns and Facilitator Lead modules.

This role will involve

  • Consulting with the business SMEs to gain a deep and robust understanding of their learning content needs and potential obstacles
  • Developing endtoend learning content in a range of formats including research, design and writing while keeping in consideration additional factors such as inclusion and diversity requirements
  • Testing the feasibility and functionality of learning programs, using your knowledge of the business to identify potential issues and making the appropriate adjustments
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for relevant reviews, approvals and guidance

What you will bring:

In order to set our next team member up for success, we will be seeking

  • Instructional Design experience, familiar with developing learning content for both face to face and eLearning environments (sample work may be requested)
  • Knowledge of the Transaction Monitoring or Financial Crime space well regarded
  • Use of diverse learning design principles including the development of content through supporting software, tools, and related systems to achieve desired learning outcomes
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and eLearn development programs
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to develop refined written work and convey their ideas with clarity and good attention to detail
  • Demonstrable growth mindset, able to take feedback and is always eager to learn
  • Confidence working autonomously, able to take accountability of their work and fluently manage their undertakings
