What does the job look like?

Based in Bentley the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will oversee the overall warehousing operations on site for out afternoon shift, (2PM-10PM) with specific focus on safety, customer service and efficiency

Key areas:

Supervise & manage the endtoend operations of the site on shift
Manage a medium sized team
Working with the team to help manage site OH&S policies & procedures including injury management and reporting
Support the inventory management, including cycle counts daily use of inventory management system (SAP) & WMS (Paperless)
Assisting with the coordination and management of a diverse team of subcontractors
Overview of short, medium

- and long-term labour planning to ensure optimal balance between operational delivery and commercial constraints

Delivery to contractual expectations managing KPI's / customer reporting, service levels, CI programs

Are you the one?

I am looking for dynamic warehousing professionals that have managed medium to large sized teams before

You can also demonstrate:

Minimum 34 years supervisory experience within a warehousing operations environment
Have managed teams of 1520 and upwards
Have exceptional leadership and people management skills, with capacity for team and personal development
Strong analytical skills to plan resources effectively, analyse KPIs and identify process improvements
