In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • guiding a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth and exceptional performance.
- leveraging your expertise in insolvency and restructuring to offer strategic advice to clients.
- building strong client relationships and delivering bespoke solutions to meet their needs.
- overseeing numerous projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and exceptional results delivered.
- mentoring team members, identifying training needs and guiding their professional growth.
- assessing and mitigating risks associated with insolvency and restructuring, ensuring regulatory compliance.


To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone with:

  • minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven record of managing high-performing teams.
- solid expertise in insolvency and restructuring, with an in-depth understanding of relevant legislation.
- strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple complex projects concurrently.
