We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator who cares deeply about improving the lives of creatives and creating opportunities for them to shine.

You'll have a strong appreciation for art and artists and you'll proactively source and share art that aligns with our community and business.

**The role.
In this role, you'll interact with members of our community on a daily basis. You'll let your character and personality shine while adhering to our unique and tailored company tone and style. In your interactions, you'll exercise emotional maturity and exhibit your understanding of wider online culture. You'll work both independently and collaboratively to directly engage with our community.

This role sits within our Communications team as part of the Marketing and Communications department.

You'll report directly to the Head of Communications, Lauren Yates Jones and work closely with other members of the Communications team as well as members of the Marketing and Communications team more generally.


Your work will draw on your knowledge and passion for art as well as your nuanced understanding of the business, social and cultural context in which Procreate exists - your work will elevate artists and build a sense of community.

**What you'll do.

  • Increase product awareness in diverse and growing markets
  • Share your joy and passion for art through conversation and support
  • Proactively source and elevate art that aligns with our community and business
  • Engage with the wider Procreate community in an informal, thoughtful and welcoming way
  • Deep dive into our various social media channels to engage, nurture and create relationships
  • Collaborate with your colleagues and artists to produce engaging and unique content and projects
**Skills.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about their craft.

  • Video editing experience
  • Familiarity with Procreate product
  • Fluency in foreign languages and cultures
  • Deep working knowledge of online culture
  • Ability to share and demonstrate advanced Procreate product knowledge
  • Strong interest/experience in online community building and passion for art
