- Prepare letters, correspondence and documentation
- Diary and calendar management
- Prepare budgets and reports
- Minute taking and action agenda items as required
- Manage phone and email enquiries
- Prepare monthly reports and papers
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is essential (SA Gov experience is ideal)
- National Police Check is required
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to be highly organised with strong time management skills will ensure success in this role
- Ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines
- Must be able to adapt quickly and manage when priorities
