1300SMILES Carindale is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised individual to join our team as a full-time Dental Receptionist.

Our Practice is conveniently located on the ground floor of the Westfield Carindale Shopping Centre.

We are a diverse and family-orientated dental practice with a team of highly experienced Dentists who pride themselves on delivering high-quality patient care.

The role

As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care Monday to Friday.

Your varied responsibilities will include:

Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate treatment room.
Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and uptodate.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

You

Proven experience in a reception role with administration elements.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
An ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software.
Detailoriented and highly organised.
