About us
Essendon FC - "The Bombers" - are a professional sporting team in the Australian Football League.

As home to 5 sporting teams, we run our AFL men's and women's programs, VFL women's and men's programs, and a wheelchair football team.

About the role
The EFC Network is the Essendon Football Clubs corporate business network.

The EFC Network's strategic objective is to develop the largest corporate network base in Australian sport and drive significant B2B outcomes for all involved.

The established EFC Network program involves extensive engagement, encompassing a diverse event series and connection platform both digitally and personally.


Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & EFC Network, this role will be integral in leading B2B introductions, delivering and developing key initiatives, whilst maintaining and securing new business members within the EFC Network.

As the EFC Network Manager, you will help to drive the growth, connection, and retention of this important network. You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and growing the EFC Network pipeline through networking, referrals and research.


About you


With a tertiary qualification in a Marketing or Business related discipline, you will be a proven relationships manager with experience across business development, sales and corporate networking initiatives.

You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure whilst managing multiple projects.

Your passion and drive to build strong relationships with cliental and team, will enable you to support corporate based activities and work well within a team environment.
