We are a manufacturer, servicer and repairer of skip loaders, hook lifts, HMF truck mounted cranes and Hammar side lift trailers since 1994.


About the role:


We are currently seeking two enthusiastic and self-driven parts interpreters to join our team, one located in Prestons NSW 2170, and one in Mulgrave NSW 2756.

You will work within a dynamic team and be part of a sustainable company that is one of the market leaders in service of truck mounted cranes, loaders, and waste lifting equipment.

The main purpose of the positions is to ensure efficient warehouse inventory management, accuracy and factory utilizations can be accounted for at all times.


  • Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri
  • Location: one in Prestons NSW 2170, one in Mulgrave NSW 2756
  • Salary: Based on experience.
  • Commencement: Immediate start

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Efficient parts interpreting for both service agents and trade customers
  • Maintain part number and locations integrity
  • Develop and visually display clear part numbers on shelves
  • Parts movement organization with a focus on tidiness and efficiency
  • Investigate any stock discrepancies, assist in adjustment of stock as necessary
  • Relief data entry for receipting of FG (finished goods) and RM (raw materials)
  • Relief procurement and receipting staff when required
  • Assist in daily/weekly/monthly rolling cycle counts or stocktakes and account for discrepancies
  • All variances are confirmed, investigated, and reported accordingly
  • Assist in planning and coordinating stocktakes accordingly with supervisors and management
  • Monitor inventory price and cost to ensure reasonable margin is always achieved
  • Ensure POs, SOs, PO receipts are up to date at all times
  • Provide monthly report to supervisors and management as requested

Qualifications and Experience required:


  • Strong computer skills
  • High level of accuracy in data entry
  • Strong attention details in investigating discrepancies.
  • Great oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are key to success of this role as frequent interactions with stakeholders from all departments are expected
years previous warehousing experiences are highly regarded

  • Demonstrated Inventory software experience is highly regarded
  • Experience in Greentree or other ERP software is highly regarded but not essential
