With multiple locations around Canberra, this vital Government organisation seeks only the most skilled and professional individuals to assist them in developing programs, policies, and initiatives that will improve the quality of life for Australia's most vulnerable.

    The Role
    Our client is seeking an experienced Test Lead to lead and conduct testing activities across one or more concurrent ICT digital projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the QA and Test Management Director and Digital Delivery Director.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Lead efforts to maintain and improve the overall quality of the Digital portfolio.
    • Establish a well-structured testing strategy, including comprehensive test planning and execution.
    • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between various teams involved in the project.
    • Spearhead strategic test automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for effective automation to accelerate testing cycles and improve efficiency.

    Skills and Experience

    • Experience leading digital testing activities for complex programs and creating Test Summary reports.
    • Agile testing experience with team member accountability to commitment and delivery each sprint.
    • Extensive experience using test management tools including WAVE, JAWS, Zoom Text, Jira Xray and CRM, specifically Salesforce.
    • Demonstrated understanding of Accessibility & WCAG 2.1 guidelines and what this means for the User Experience (UX).
