THE ROLE

This role contributes to the success of the City by providing specific support for the Enforcement Operations Supervisor for prosecution and referral of matters to the Monetary Penalties Enforcement Service in the investigation and resolution of infringement appeals, written correspondence, telephone and face to face customer contact.

The role will also provide appropriate administrative support to assist in meeting Unit and Divisional objectives.

Salary Range:
$65,863

Tenure:
Permanent Full-Time
