What is the role?


Working as a Brand Standards Auditor, this role will be responsible for conducting Brand Standards and Loss Prevention audits across all national The Coffee Club stores.

With many of our stores owned by single-site operators, no one day is the same Your operational expertise, coaching skills and stakeholder management will constantly be put to the test to meet the challenges of each store.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular visits to The Coffee Club stores to ensure they are complying with operational standards
  • SO A FREQUENT AMOUNT OF TRAVEL ACROSS AUSTRALIA WILL BE REQUIRED;
  • Conduct reporting, provide coaching and guidance improve standards within the network;
  • Provide operational excellence and brand standard training to new Franchisees and the Field Ops team;
  • Monitor and provide reporting on the store results.

Who are we looking for?


We're looking for an excellent communicator who can build rapport and constructive relationships with franchise partners and other key stakeholders.

We're seeking someone who has a keen eye for detail and can identify areas of improvement for operational and compliance in stores.

This person will be required to effectively provide critical feedback where required and have tough conversations at times so relationship building with our Franchise Partners is key.

Role Requirements:


  • Experience within an Franchise Business Coach role or similar operations role for a min of 3 years;
  • Detailed understanding of Hospitality Operations;
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles
    ;:
  • A Business Degree or equivalent is highly desired.
