A little bit about the role:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a
Case Management Advisor

  • Providing advice and support to frontline managers on a range of employee related issues, helping managers to proactively improve the employee experience and address concerns before they escalate.
  • Management of employee relations matters, undertaking investigations, supporting managers with the case management process.
  • Identifying issues that are beyond scope of the role and seek advice, support and/or escalation to the relevant Business Partnering Partner.
  • Maintaining and deepening a solid understanding of the awards and agreements and employment law that governs employment of staff.
  • Turning data into insights and support the partners in operational reporting to the business and recommend appropriate actions based on trends.
  • Supporting the Business Partnering Partners in the implementation of various strategic initiatives including ownership of some business improvement projects.

What will you bring:


  • 2 years experience in a generalist human resource role.
  • Minimum 1 year case management experience
  • Undergraduate qualifications in Business, HR, Psychology or related discipline.
  • Sound knowledge of current employment and workplace legislation and regulations as well as contemporary human resource practices, policies and trends.
  • Experience working in large, complex organisation (desired)
  • Experience liaising with Unions or working in industrially complex organisation (desired).
  • Experience with or knowledge of HR Advisory Centre of Excellence model beneficial
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills to successfully identify problems develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.
