The Role:
As a Store Manager at our Fountain Gate branch, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with your Assistant Manager to boost sales in a high-performing and upscale setting. Collaborating with your Area Manager/Mentor, you will pinpoint business needs, consumer trends, and team development opportunities, fostering the growth of a global brand and grooming future leaders. A Typical Week:
  • Express your unique style with a personal uniform and fashion flair from Monday to Friday, and rock your favorite Activewear on weekends
  • Forge new friendships with a team that shares your passion for fashion, fitness, and establishing genuine customer connections
  • Receive mentorship and training from down-to-earth and supportive Area Managers dedicated to your growth and development within the organization
  • Interact with a diverse customer base including frontline professionals (healthcare, retail, hospitality), fitness enthusiasts, and those who love to sport Activewear for brunch
  • Ensure smooth store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, store aesthetics, visual merchandising, inventory levels, labor costs, and prevent losses
  • Inspire your team to hit KPIs and exceed targets at all store locations
  • Closely monitor sales performance to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals, recognizing outstanding achievements and pinpointing areas for improvement
  • Effectively manage labor costs, adhering to weekly targets and company staffing guidelines
  • Coach and guide your team to uphold high morale, fostering individual growth through training and succession planning
  • Prioritize efficient occupational health and safety practices, complying with state and national regulations

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Retail Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a dynamic environment
  • A passion for leading and motivating teams to excel and deliver optimal performance
  • A driven 'Make it Happen' mindset, with a focus on achieving results
  • The ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
  • Expertise in operational efficiency, stock management, and visual merchandising
