About this role

The Associate Director, Workplace Relations Advisor (Policy) leads and undertakes workplace policy development, evaluation and implementation addressing current and emerging workplace relations policy issues for NSW Health.

You will provide advice and support to managers and key stakeholders to consistently interpret workplace relations policies and practices. Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with key staff in public health organisations is a major focus of the role.


Crown Clerk 11/12, salary from $134,411 - $155,445 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and managing the development and evaluation of workplace policies for NSW Health
  • Managing policy queries from a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Responding to Ministerial correspondence
  • Providing strategic advice to NSW Health agencies on a range of workforce policy matters

About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:

  • Experience in managing all aspects of policy research, development, review and evaluation
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in developing, analysing and evaluating policy and other projects in a multidisciplinary environment
