About Us
Townsville Full or Part-time : At OPSM, we're about providing excellent customer service and having the latest fashion eyewear to match We're passionate about eyes looking great and feeling on top of the world. We're about innovation – the most cutting edge products and technologies, combined with great knowledge. We're known for high standards in clinical care, with a focus on building lifelong patient relationships.
OPSM have a fantastic opportunity available for a full-time or part-time optometrist to join our vibrant team in our Townsville The Willows practice. This role would suit a practitioner with a special interest in ocular pathology or contact lenses and the practice is extremely well equipped with Optos Daytona, Auto refractor/K, pachymetry, Biometry, I-care tonometer, Cataract Retro-Illumination, Topography and VF. Pre-testing is performed by the retail team and you then still have 30minutes with each of your patients so that you can give them the care they deserve.
Townsville is a gateway to the natural wonders of Magnetic Island as well as the world-heritage listed Great Barrier Reef. As the largest urban centre in Queensland, everything is here that you need and there is so much more to explore Spend your days biking, hiking up Castle Hill, exploring the family-friendly public art trail, going to the Strand night markets, and visiting the numerous local national parks which include the stunning Wallaman Falls (the highest, permanent, single-drop waterfall in Australia)
