Main Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for answering incoming phone calls (transferring call if necessary, handling queries, taking messages, deliveries updates/queries etc.).
  • Credit card payments taking down credit card details via phone and passing this information onto Accounts to process.
  • Handling queries around freight.
  • Stock returns (raising customer stock return / liaising with customer to organise collection of stock, completing the process of paperwork and forwarding to. accounts once stock has been received into the warehouse).
  • Performing ad hoc administration duties.
  • Updating price books, scheduling calls back, updating CRM records, scheduling call back reminders and detailing outcome in the CRM.
  • Assisting Customers in product information.
  • Assist Choice Paper to develop a strong relationship and rapport with customers.
  • Organising sample products to customers.
  • Organise meeting appointments for sales team.
  • Maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Create new records where needed, update and maintain customer details/outcome of conversations in our CRM "CreataCRM".
  • Monitor PubTic for any changes within hotel groups and update the CRM / Team accordingly.

Requirements:


  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
