Main Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for answering incoming phone calls (transferring call if necessary, handling queries, taking messages, deliveries updates/queries etc.).
- Credit card payments taking down credit card details via phone and passing this information onto Accounts to process.
- Handling queries around freight.
- Stock returns (raising customer stock return / liaising with customer to organise collection of stock, completing the process of paperwork and forwarding to. accounts once stock has been received into the warehouse).
- Performing ad hoc administration duties.
- Updating price books, scheduling calls back, updating CRM records, scheduling call back reminders and detailing outcome in the CRM.
- Assisting Customers in product information.
- Assist Choice Paper to develop a strong relationship and rapport with customers.
- Organising sample products to customers.
- Organise meeting appointments for sales team.
- Maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Create new records where needed, update and maintain customer details/outcome of conversations in our CRM "CreataCRM".
- Monitor PubTic for any changes within hotel groups and update the CRM / Team accordingly.
Requirements:
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
