About the Role
This is a Fixed Term Position until August 2025
This great role is responsible for collating and analysing sensitive and confidential data to monitor compliance and identify non-compliance with business rules, policies and standards of behaviour occurring in the department.
The role involves leading the development of reporting capabilities for the Branch as well as ensuring integration with various information sources from within the department.
Develop, maintain and support databases and complex datasets, to ensure Integrity and Ethical Behaviour Branch complies with relevant data standards and meets business reporting needs.
Analyse data sets to prepare reports identifying non-compliance with business rules and standards of behaviour, develop and report themes or observations, and propose recommendations for improvement.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and provide sound advice to key stakeholders to support compliance and the objectives of the Integrity and Ethical Behaviour Branch.
Exercise professional independent judgement to represent the integrity function, provide sound technical specialist advice and positively influence key stakeholders through innovative and engaging products.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and management of work practices and procedures for the team.Key Selection Criteria

Critical thinking and problem solving (Applied).Able to resolve issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines.
Where guidelines are not available, analyses ideas available and takes action through self, or in consultation with others to resolve problems.
Digital and technological literacy (Foundational).Cabale of Performing a range of tasks through digital tools e.g.
Microsoft suite of application of Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, and Teams; Has a broad understanding of megatrends in the digital and technology space
Qualifications and Experience:
Mandatory
Qualifications in fraud examination, data analytics or similar
Experience in developing information and data reporting to support business outcomes.
