THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the COO (Chief Operating Officer), the Marketing and Employment Brand Manager will focus on increasing internal and external engagement through the management of marketing, communications and employment branding for our client.

This broad role is responsible for supporting the business across marketing, social media management, branding, content creation, events, employment branding, recruitment programs, merchandise, public relations and media.


  • Assist in the management of public relations tasks in collaboration with the Partners, including enquiries regarding business, articles, publications, media, and events.
  • Coordinate and support the promotion and participation of events, including industry events, graduate and intern programs, sponsorships, charity, and staff events.
  • Maintenance of ICA Partners' online platforms including social media accounts, company website, intranet, and recruitment platform (ELMO).
  • Content creation and management including scheduled communication and reporting.
  • Create cohesive and clear brand messaging for the organisation and implement across internal and external communications.
  • Identify new and emerging trends in the industry to leverage brand exposure and market position.
  • Raise brand awareness, reputation and profile through content creation, social media, campaigns, advertising, and events.
  • Assist in the creation, development, and active promotion of the employment brand.
  • Implementation and ongoing coordination of internship and graduate programs in collaboration with managers and universities
  • Support the office manager and COO with ad hoc tasks

To be successful in this role, you ideally have:

  • 3+ years in the marketing and communication space in a corporate environment
  • Excellent communications skills (Verbal & Written)
  • A clear understanding of the best ways to deliver messaging across internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines and remain composed under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage positively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solution focused mindset with an instinct to help others, no matter the task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
