Reservoir Performance Stimulation (RPS) - Frac Field Specialist

SLB is looking for a
Field Specialist experienced in
Stimulation to join our team in Australia.

The role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers, identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Client focal point on location
Coordinate and plan activities to ensure good and consistent service quality as well as safe operation as per standards and procedures
Equipment preparation and readiness
Responsible for crew assignment and fatigue management
Rigup and rigdown of high

- and low-pressure side as per SLB Standards.

Supervise fluid mixing and QA/QC
Job supervisor during pumping operation
Running the FracCAT Acquisition system during job
Coach & mentor, the Equipment Operators and Junior members
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
Responsible for service delivery execution, HSE and trainings
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs
Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, selfassessments, and wellsite inspections
Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans
Maintain the equipment at the base and offshore, as required
Guarantee the recording of preservation, maintenance and utilization of the equipment for Well Services
Monitor and maintain the levels of competency, following up on training and exposure to offshore and onshore jobs, and equipment maintenance
Prepare load out lists and backload lists
Ensure local certifications are valid
Operate and troubleshoot the Specific SLB stimulation equipment:
High Pressure Pumps (2000 HHP)
POD Blender (Programmable Optimum Density)
Hydration Unit PCM (Precision Continuous Mixer),
LAS (Liquid additive system)

Requirements:

Reside in Australia and have the full right to live and work in Australia including offshore
No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company's requirement
23 years diploma degree in engineering or related science
Must have minimum five (5) years relevant experience
Understanding of the full stimulation equipment
Ability to maintain, prepare and dispatch of equipment
Ability to maintain high quality of service delivery at the wellsite, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation
Ability to run required services, supervise operations and managing people, interact with clients and other related parties
Good personnel skills, highly selfmotivated, competent computer skills and ability to learn new software
Good organisation and project management.
Can work in a highpressure, learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations
Must be a team player, able to get along with individuals from other groups in the organization, and a good communicator
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills essential
