About the role

The Food Services supervisor has a key role in the Food Services leadership group.

The supervisor is responsible for guiding & directing the food services team members to provide our patients with appropriate meal items in a positive, safe and timely manner.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:
Demonstrated experience in a similar supervising role, preferably within healthcare.

Good knowledge and understanding of food safety and food safety plans

Valid (within last 5 years) & accredited Food Safety certificate HLTFSE001 or HLTFSE005.

Well-developed interpersonal and leadership experience

A strong commitment to high quality care

The ability to work as part of a diverse team

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Good problem solving skills and a willingness to teach and learn as required
