About this role:
An architecture and urban design practice with a broad, international portfolio is seeking a Finance Assistant/Bookkeeper to join the team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Track company spending including purchases, invoices and sales
- Provide accurate information on company spending
- Manage sales ledger
- Maintain accounts, verify and post transactions
- Manage client invoices and payments
- Work closely with accountants and prepare VAT returns
- Prepare schedules, statements and reports as requested
- Assist with administration as required
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an accounts department
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to communicate with colleagues in a professional manner
- Experience in data base entry is desirable
