The role
Exciting opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Delivery Coordinator to join our fantastic team in Brendale.

  • Register the camper trailer in QLD prior to delivery
  • Organisation of trailer plates from QLD transport.
  • Processing of all paperwork related to the registration and delivery of camper trailers
  • Facilitate the timely delivery and handover of camper trailers to customers
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide a great customer experience throughout the customer journey
  • Liaising with the sales team and customer to ensure smooth handovers
  • Complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey by contacting the customers after delivery
  • Assist the admin team where required

About You

  • Experienced in the Automotive industry or in Customer Service
  • Experienced in handling delivery and registration of vehicles
  • Loves working in a dynamic retail environment and appreciates the challenges
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal communication skills, plus outstanding problemsolving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy
  • Organised and structured in daytoday activities
  • Highly proficient computer skills
