Essential Duties- Create lasting experiences for our customers with the purpose of improving their day with excellent service
- Engage and work well with your team and customers alike to become a valued team member
- Fast service across all rounder tasks with the ability to have fun while working hard
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality at all times
- Must have a minimum of 1 years previous experience in a cafe
- Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
- Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
- Experience and Interest in health and nutrition is essential
- Must be a quick learner, who enjoys and can thrive in a fast paced environment
