    Description

    Well-established commercial fit-out studio are looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their team on a permanent basis.

    Key Responsibilities

      Manage commercial projects from concept to completion Client facing, front-end position Design Development – design concepts, functional designand aesthetic development Space Planning & test fits in line with current codes Modelling and documentation – test fits, speculative fitouts,client presentations, tender & construction packages FF&E selection, schedules & detailing in line with leadtimes and budgets Site inspections & surveys (existing layout, services audit,furniture & storage audit) Presentations – visualisation and communication

    Skills and Experience

    • Min 5 years' local experience in commercial workplace sector
    • Degree qualified in Interior Design
    • Fully proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit for documentation and 3D modelling
    • Energetic & positive attitude
