Career Corporate Receptionist


My client is a financial services leader who is seeking a confident and capable Corporate Receptionist who brings a diverse skill set and a positive attitude to learning and growth.

This role is a client-facing position that requires a warm and professional front office receptionist.

The ideal individual will be well-presented, have great interpersonal skills and will be keen to learn and develop their knowledge.


Responsibilities, however, not limited to:


  • Coordinating client/ visitor arrivals
  • Managing all aspects of reception
  • Coordinating of meeting rooms, setting up and cleaning meeting rooms after meetings have finished
  • Answering incoming call and distributing enquiries accordingly
  • Organised catering for meetings and events
  • General information support to all staff
  • Offering refreshments to guests
  • Ensuring rooms are kept to high standards
  • Assisting with client functions and events as requested

Essential:


  • Minimum of 3 years premium concierge or reception experience within a corporate environment
  • Excellent presentation
  • Discretion in relation to confidential information
  • Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • If successful, a background check will be conducted
