- Facilitate assessments, reviews, develop plans and strategies to define barriers and capacities, strengths and provide additional support for the trajectory of the injured worker.
- Maintain a caseload of clients.
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that are designed to meet individual needs.
- Support participants to actively utilise and extract value from health and wellbeing application that supports their personal goals.
- Work closely with DXC RTW case managers to ensure smooth handovers of support and consistent receipt of benefits (where appropriate).
- Work closely with participants, their families and health/community services to oversee and facilitate appropriate engagement.
- The ability to gather information from a range of stakeholders to develop effective case management strategies.
- Experience in case management to effectively facilitate outcomes.
- Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including the forms of treatment applicable to injuries.
- The ability to provide clinical service delivery leadership with the capacity to assess needs and provide interventions across a range of life areas and needs.
- Proven conflict resolution skills and an ability to diffuse potential situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Join the DXC team and contribute to bringing DXC's claims management expertise to icare and the people of New South Wales.
As Employment Care Coordinator you will liaise with injured workers, our providers, and internal and external stakeholders to assess and support injured workers to improve job readiness, achieve optimal outcomes and facilitate new employment.
