I'm currently recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant to work remotely in Melbourne.

This organization is well-established, with over 30+ years of experience, an extensive client network, and a strong project pipeline.

With low turnover and an exceptional training program that will allow you to work alongside top-tier consultants, this opportunity will not be on the market for long.

We are open to consultants with medium to strong experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central who are able to work autonomously in support and implementation.

There is a great work/life balance in this role with remote and flexible work options.

What you will be doing:

Application Support, implementation, and testing of D365 Business Central
Investigate and resolve functional complications
Gather business requirements and understand clients' internal processes
Work alongside Project Managers & Technical Consultants to meet client requirements
Provide exceptional customerbased knowledge for the best possible customer service

What you need:

Functional D365 Business Central experience
Experience or exposure to PowerBi & Azure DevOps
Experience analyzing customer business requirements and processes
Experienced working within an Agile methodology
Strong communication skills able to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in a clientfacing role (bonus)
