THE ORGANISATION


Our client is a national financial services organisation with a strong brand in the Australian Market as a leader in their sector.

THE ROLE
As the People and Culture Program manager you will have oversight of all people strategy projects and initiatives.

You will project manage these initiatives and have responsibility for ensuring the wider people and culture leadership team is kept up to date with progress.

To support the management of these initiatives you will create an overarching program plan to ensure alignment to the organisation's strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for keeping the various projects on track and providing advice and support to the various project teams.

Please note this is a 6-month contract role.


THE CRITERIA


To be considered for this position you must be experienced in designing frameworks and have experience of delivering HR projects.

It is essential that you have strong influencing skills and exceptional communication skills. You must be available immediately to be considered for this role.
