THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a
Service Delivery Consultant to join our team in Brisbane, QLD.


Reporting to the Account Delivery Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage our existing client contract while growing relationships and exceeding clients expectations and increase satisfaction result.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operational performance by ensuring KPI/SLA's are managed, analysed and reviewed in all client sites
  • Manage client contract including asset register, operational documents, continuous improvements ideas and customer reviews Position Description
  • Deliver account strategy in alignment with the Service Delivery Model and report to the company/Client(s) management monthly
  • Effective use of systems, processes and procedure through:
  • Root cause analysis of complaints with a view to reducing trends
  • Management of customer feedback in a timely manner, following escalation processes where appropriate
  • Utilise Managed Print Services reporting, review resourcing and schedules on a quarterly basis whilst maintaining KPIs Manage P&L to achieve operational target in revenue, cost and Gross profit

Skills & Qualifications

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to build strong internal and external networks and engage with cross functional stakeholders
  • Ownership and accountability of endtoend customer interactions
  • Ability to perform a facetoface customer presentation
  • Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and diagnostic skills Communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
