Our Human Resources team is part of the shared services team providing services to all a range of NEPEAN's businesses across Australia.

About the Role

Due to amazingly high levels of growth; an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position will be located in Bayswater, WA and help support our team with all various HR activities.

Duties will include, but not be limited to;

Assist with HR related matters such as employee relations (ER) as well as industrial relations (IR)
Assist hiring managers in decision making
HR Administration
Department Reporting

About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:

Prior experience in a similar internal HR advisor role.
Strong exposure to recruitment, onboarding as well as providing ER and IR advice.
Experience partnering with key stakeholders to provide strong impact
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Be a team player and be passionate about getting things done.
