NES Fircroft are working with Woodside Energy seeking a Vendor Maintenance Analyst to sit within their Accounts Payable team.Job Title:

Length of contract: 12 month contract
Roster:
Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day
Flexibility: 2 x days WFH

Primary Responsibilities:
This role will sit within the Contracts and Procurement team as AP / Administrative support involved in maintaining Vendor details in SAP eg; compliance, updating insurances, currency, account details etc.
Immediate Experience needed:
Experience using SAP is essential (or other large ERP like Oracle) experience in Accounts Payable or Procurement is beneficial, any exposure to notably major offshore Oil & Gas/ Energy operations is advantageous.
The purpose of the position is to ensure accurate and timely processing for Vendor Maintenance and managing internal and external queries which can include Accounts Payable process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create new vendors & processing changes to vendor accounts
- Understanding the bank key requirements when setting up bank accounts in different currencies
- Managing the review and approval process when changing or updating bank details and other details
- Managing queries from internal and external customers which can include Accounts Payable processes.
- Awareness with attempted fraudulent acts
- Administration and close out of Purchase Orders, including changes, claims, disputes, and extensions.
- Manage suppliers as appropriate for role (SRM, problem resolution), with focus to improve supplier relationships and performance.
- Liaise with and provide feedback to package owners/ requisitioners.
- Assist in collection, development and reporting of key metrics.
- P2P problem resolution appropriate to role on an escalated basis; improved relationships with internal customers, functional teams and other stakeholders.
- Increased visibility / auditability across the integrated supply chain and an understanding of the mutual impacts of process aligned teams.
- Awareness of Local Content participation (including Indigenous businesses and businesses local to the relevant entity, project location or activity) in the supply chain, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver sustainable economic benefit.
- Awareness of budgeting process and cycle, expenditure analysis and forecasting.
- Awareness of the requirements and methodology for developing and managing schedules, including estimating durations, dependencies, critical path, uncertainties and contingencies
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Accounts Payable or Procurement within ERP system, with SAP/ Ariba required
- Practical communication and engagement skills
- 510 years in Supply Chain preferred, notably major offshore Oil & Gas/ Energy operations
