- Experience in general insurance litigation, financial lines, professional indemnity and/or directors and officers (D&O) is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working with, and analysing, high volume data sets and evidence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Firmly established time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to work independently.

The Role
This fantastic opportunity is for highly motivated Associate with between 2-5 years of experience to join the Sydney team.
The role offers exposure to complex financial lines and professional indemnity matters and a diverse range of disputes; including professional negligence, misleading or deceptive conduct, minority shareholder oppression, wrongful dismissal, and advising on insurance coverage issues. You will handle professional indemnity claims on behalf of insurance brokers, with underlying disputes springing from claims on financial lines, public liability, and ISR policies (among others) and often involving coverage issues such as aggregation, non-disclosure and notification.
