Pace is currently partnering with a national manufacturing company that offers a vibrant, exciting work environment where innovation is recognized and rewarded.
Working within a truly impressive facility which is heavily automated, modern and immaculate they are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate and plan maintenance activities and provide technical input to ensure high plant availability, operational efficiency and quality.
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday with only one weekend a monthKey responsibilities will cover:
- Plan all maintenance from requirement, scope, development and execution
- Planning and Scheduling of Planned and Reactive maintenance work
- Plan and provide team supervision over shutdowns
- Recording, analysing and reporting on maintenance programs
- Managing Spare part Procurement and Inventory
- Develop, review and amendments to current preventative maintenance
- Audit completed works in consultation with the maintenance manager ensuring failure history recording is performed properly to assist in failure analysis and improvement actions
- Ensures that efficient, effective and safe work practices and sound working relations are constantly maintained
To be successful you should have a level of skill gained from a mechanical trade certificate and 5 years experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment ideally across industrial or heavy industry.
