Marsh Tincknell is seeking an energetic, friendly and dedicated Accounts Receivable / Debtor Management Officer to join our team. This permanent full-time position, based in Mt Gravatt, provides debtor management and general accounts support.

Your Role
- **Proactive management of outstanding debtors**:

Liasing with team members regarding any potential issues or reasons as to why clients have not paid or any other queries from clients:
End of month debtor reporting:

Setting up direct deposit arrangements:

Debtor invoice adjustments:

-
Bookkeeping and payroll:

-
Support the finance and administration teams as required

Your Experience
- **High level communication skills both verbal and written**:

Ability to naturally develop relationships, with an enthusiastic, positive and friendly attitude:
Experience in accounts receivable/ debtor management will be highly regarded:

Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritise tasks:

Strong organisational skills and an ability to learn quickly:
