Hasbro is currently recruiting for an
Associate Brand Manager - Entertainment Marketing to join our team in Sydney, Australia on a
6 month, fixed-term contract basis.


As an Assoc Brand Manager - Entertainment Marketing you will implement marketing plans that drive awareness and affinity of Hasbro's entertainment brands, including Peppa Pig, Transformers, My Little Pony, PJ Masks, to maximise commercial sales across television and digital content and consumer product merchandise.


Key Responsibilities include:


  • Execute franchise led marketing plans through targeted content & brand marketing campaigns, aligning plans with eOne/Hasbro commercial teams to drive consumer product sales
  • Partner with the Content Sales team on content rollout plans and build strong relationships with distribution partners across linear and digital platforms to drive awareness / viewership / tunein through thematic stunting, onair brand campaigns, events, etc.
  • Deliver impactful consumerfacing PR moments that drive viewership and brand affinity including episode premieres, charity partnerships, cinema events, brand initiatives
  • Partner with Digital & Social Media teams to build online audiences (YouTube, Facebook, websites, newsletters), add marketing value to their plans and enhance brand marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate local agencies (PR, Media, Digital, Events, Promotion etc.)

Key Competencies & Experience required:


  • 3+ years experience implementing marketing campaigns with execution experience across the marketing mix
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape across Australia and New Zealand
  • Comprehensive experience pitching, converting and managing brand marketing partnerships
  • Proven track record as a selfstarter and being resultsoriented in a fastpaced and changing environment
  • Demonstrated organizational, planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to leverage data to develop strategies/decisions
