Our client is looking for a project specialist to support a really large Power BI dashboard project for a large organisation in Melbourne.

We are looking for someone who can just come in and support the team with a range of "Project" activities

Some of the requirements include:

Coordinating meetings for stakeholders
Capturing requirements and general notes from meetings
Following up with teams regarding data requirements for the dashboards
Assisting the team with some admin and governance
Supporting the project priorities and tasks
Facilitating collaboration with all the teams and stakeholders
Any experience using Power BI dashboards, or UX would be advantageous
Experience working in a highly regulated industry like Finance, Education or Health would also be advantageous

This role would suit someone who has worked as a Business Analyst, or Project Manager on a similar project of work before.

There is a requirement for a day or 2 onsite, but a lot of the role can be done remotely.
