Reporting to the Chief of People & Culture we are seeking an Energetic & Dynamic - People & Culture Manager who will be responsible for employee relations, industrial relations, leadership, coaching & performance management, training, retention, policies procedures, recruitment - support, this is a pivotal role to ensure the success of ZircoDATA and employee engagement.
