Zwift is a software and ecommerce company, servicing primarily the hospitality industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic IT technician to come and join our growing team.


About the role:


  • This is initially offered as casual employment, with an outlook to grow into a permanent position, set review period.
  • The role will encompass 2 3 day shifts (based in our St Kilda Road office) with 4 week roster covering Friday evening and weekend shifts with 1 full weekend off a month).
  • Hours available are approximately 23 hours per week up to 38 hours.
  • Your availability MUST include weekdays (9am5pm ), and evening shifts and weekends (on a 4 week roster, maximum of 8 hours shifts, incl. weekends off).

Responsibilities:


  • Hardware & Software setup & maintenance (Windows environment). Includes device reimaging of new new stock.
  • Assist customers with online orders and assist our clients with technical requests
  • Be able to work autonomously and provide 5star technical support

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 years' experience providing IT/system administrator support
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Remote User Support
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to analyse and problem solve
  • Advanced Windows knowledge (Windows XP
  • Win 11)
  • Microsoft Office 2013+, Google Docs, etc
  • Network concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Ethernet
  • Available daytimes, and some evenings and weekends.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 18-38 per week


Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
